In our coffee plant we only make coffee with the classic Neapolitan maker, the old system our grandparents used. Like a family we take "machine shifts", and all together we are always happy to take a break with a cup of coffee.

Tradition: We roast our coffee with love and tradition. Since 1948, we have been roasting fine coffees in the same way, and this is where the secret of Neapolitan tradition lies.

Training: We train our baristas to give you the best coffee in the cup. We control the quality of our coffee, from the acceptance of raw materials right up to the production of excellent blends, but we want your taste experience to be sublime, right down to the cup. That' s why we train our baristas with SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) authorized instructors for perfect coffee extraction, so that every cup of our coffee is a unique experience to your taste and liking.
