Home > Turkish Tea

Turkish Tea encompasses black teas produced on the eastern Black Sea coast, which has a mild climate with high precipitation and fertile soil. Turkish tea is typically prepared using two stacked kettles called "çaydanlık" and is most often served with beet sugar cubes and without milk. Turkish Tea is traditionally consumed in small, glass cups to allow the drinker to enjoy the tea while it is hot, and to have full view of the tea's color.
