Shipping policy
Carrier Rate Shipping: Orders are charged based on the carrier charge. Carriers charge based on size and weight. Please ensure your shipping address can receive packages from any carrier, as (unless specified) the shipping carrier is at the discretion of Enjoy Better Coffee & Tea.
Expedited: Orders are charged based on the weight and size of the package, passed through from our carrier partners.
We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada via US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.
Free Shipping: Available on orders of $75 or more, after discounts are applied, to physical addresses in the contiguous 48 US states for orders placed on enjoybettercoffee.com. The Free Shipping discount is not valid for delivery to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, or APO type addresses and, is not valid for wholesale orders, orders over 40lbs, orders where the shipping cost is greater than $30, or orders with multiple boxes. Please ensure your shipping address can receive packages from any carrier, as the shipping carrier is at the discretion of Enjoy Better Coffee & Tea. Services fees may be assessed on returned packages.
Shipping Insurance: We offer Route shipping insurance on all packages. Once the package has left our warehouse, Route coverage will begin, and they will handle any and all claims as needed. Insurance is added automatically, and can be opted out.
If shipping insurance is declined, we will follow the claims process outlined by the carrier. Enjoy Better Coffee is not responsible for denied/declined claims and makes no guarantee of reimbursement or reshipment.
Please Note: When shipping to Canada, there is a possibility that you would need to pay Canadian Import Taxes and Dues upon the arrival. Enjoy Better Coffee & Tea CANNOT be held responsible for or predict these charges.
Please be aware that any order totaling $150 or more and orders shipping to Canada may be shipped with signature required upon delivery and, in some cases, direct signature required. This signature required shipment will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Please Note: Any order totaling $100 or more and that is shipping to an apartment or an address different from the provided billing address may be shipped with signature required upon delivery and, in some cases, direct signature required. This signature required shipment will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Please also note that if a customer chooses to opt out of the signature required option, Enjoy Better Coffee cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Order Processing Time: 3-5 business days. If an order is received on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed the following week
Shipping Time: Under normal circumstances, packages typically take 7-10 business days from the day they are picked-up by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. However, due to unprecedented labor and supply network challenges faced by our carriers, in some cases packages are taking longer than expected. It may take a bit longer during holidays.
We are unable to control for delivery or arrival delay issues related to FedEx, UPS, USPS, or situations out of our/carriers' control such as inclement weather, lockdowns, or any other unpredictable scenarios. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the final arrival time of your order or provide additional information beyond what is available publicly from the carrier's order tracking tools. We will not be able to refund or re-route requests after the package has left our facility.
We request you please call if there are special circumstances, and we will try our best to meet your needs. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the time taken by our carriers. We appreciate your patience, and thank you for your support.
