Why isn't my coupon code working?

Double check to make sure your order fills all the requirements of the coupon. Checking the picture where the coupon code is featured (either on the main page or in your email) will give you all the information you need. Is the coupon only for certain items or brands? Is there an order minimum before the coupon can be applied? If you're still having issues, feel free to send us an email at support@enjoybettercoffee.com or give us a call as 1-800-582-6617.

Also, please note that coupon codes cannot be applied to already discounted items such as special sale, special promotion, or bundle pack items.

Why is the website charging me shipping on an order of $75 or more?

There are a few reasons this could happen:
  • Free shipping is only available in the continental US and is not available for Alaska or Hawaii residents, PO Boxes, AA, APO etc.
  • A coupon was applied which put your order below the $75 minimum to qualify for free shipping.
  • Clearance and promotional items do not apply towards the $75 minimum for free shipping. An order must have $75 worth of non-clearance items in order to qualify for free shipping.

Why won't the Secure Checkout screen allow me to press the Pay button?

The most common reason for this is that one of the required fields is missing information. Take a minute to verify that the Email, Ship To, Payment, and Bill To fields are filled out and accurate, then choose your shipping method and press Pay. You can also add or edit shipping and billing addresses as well as payment information through the My Account link at the top of the screen.

How do I find my product?

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
