    Sorry, we do NOT accept returns for products shipped to Canada or products that have already been opened.

    Please contact us prior to sending any returns.


    Regular Returns:

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the day you received it. Items must be unopened and in good condition.

    $9.99 Restocking Fees & Original Shipping Charges will be deducted from Order Amount

    The products must be shipped back to us in original condition, at your expense. For orders with complimentary shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted. Upon receipt of return, we will refund the product cost minus $9.99 restocking fee and, minus applicable shipping charge back to the source of your original payment.

    Refund = Order Amount - $9.99 - Shipping Charges


    Damaged Items:

    We're sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please give us a call at 800-582-6617 as soon as you receive damaged items so we can assess the issue and begin a resolution. Many of our orders are insured for your protection, so you will be required to submit photos and documentation if a claim is filed. For this reason, please do not throw away damaged items or their packaging until you reach out to us.
