Our website has been validated and has a secure SSL certificate that provides industry-standard data encryption of information transferred from your computer to our website.
We do not store credit card numbers. If you check the box “Keep my payment method on file for easy checkout on future orders” – our system will store your credit card number, but not the CVV2 number. We never store CVV2 numbers. Data is sent directly to our credit card processor. If you decide to store your credit card number with us, our personnel cannot see or retrieve it. We can only see the last four digits of a credit card. Our system is also set up in a way that we cannot charge your credit card twice.
Because we do not store CC numbers and/or CVV2 numbers, we charge your credit card immediately when you press the "Submit My Order" button. After that, the order is locked and cannot be changed. We are able to refund money to your card, but we cannot charge it again for the same order.
We charge shipping based on the weight & size of the package. We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada via US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.
Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more, after discounts are applied, in the contiguous 48 US states (excluding PO Boxes). The Free Shipping discount is not valid for delivery to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and APO type addresses and, is not valid for wholesale orders, orders over 40lbs, or orders with multiple boxes.
We normally process, pack and ship your order within 3-5 business days. Based on the shipping method you choose, the time it takes for the actual shipping begins once the package is at the carrier. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, shipping times can be considerably longer.
We are not able to control for delivery or arrival delay issues related to FedEx, UPS, USPS, or situations out of our/carrier's control such as inclement weather, lockdowns and any other unpredictable scenarios. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the final arrival time of your order or provide additional information, beyond what is available from the carrier's order tracking tools. We will not be able to entertain refund or re-route requests after the package has left our facility and until it has arrived at your chosen delivery location. Please ensure your shipping address can receive packages from any carrier, as shipping carrier is at the discrection of EBC.
When shipping to Canada there is a possibility that you would need to pay Canadian Import Taxes and Dues upon the arrival. We CANNOT be held responsible for or predict these charges.
Please be aware that any order totaling $150 or more and orders shipping to Canada may be shipped with signature required upon delivery and, in some cases, direct signature required. This signature required shipment will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Ground Shipping:We will ship any order to anywhere in the US. We will use USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. We will make the decision on which specific shipping method to use. Orders sent through Ground Shipping can have unlimited quantities or amounts.
USPS Parcel Post:Economy shipping method. It takes from 2 to 9 business days for delivery (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Packages can be delivered on Saturdays if you normally receive mail on Saturdays. This is the longest but the least expensive delivery method.
US Priority Mail:Takes from 1 to 3 business days for delivery. Packages can be delivered on Saturdays if you normally receive mail on Saturdays. It is more expensive but is a fast and reliable delivery method.
UPS: UPS typically delivers in 1 to 5 business days in the continental U.S. and in 5 to 10 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
FedEx Ground or Home Delivery: FedEx typically delivers in 1 to 5 business days in the continental U.S. and in 3 to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
Tracking information is provided for each order through an email when the order is shipped. Feel free to check the tracking regularly to keep tabs on your order until it arrives. If you suspect your package is missing, please give us a call at 800-582-6617 so we can assess the issue and begin a resolution. You may be required to submit documentation if a claim is filed. Please note that claims for lost or stolen packages cannot be filed until 21 calendar days from the date of shipping to allow the carrier time to deliver it to you. However, you should still contact as soon as you suspect the package is missing so we can work with the carrier to locate it.
We believe it is our duty to take extra precautions to prevent fraudulent credit card activity. Our website is SSL secured, and we use enhanced filtering software to detect fraudulent activity. We also take extra precautions on certain orders that are identified by our staff as a higher risk for fraud. In particular, the orders that will be subjected to this extra security measure include orders that are over $75 and are from a new customer and orders from a new customer in which the billing and shipping addresses do NOT match. We may not ship orders until we have verified specific information about the purchase with the customer.
Typical discounting will not work on orders of 48 of the same item or more. If you would like to order in large quantities, please consider our wholesale program.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the day you received it. Items must be unopened and in good condition.

The products must be shipped back to us in original condition, at your expense. For orders with complimentary shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted. Upon receipt of return, we will refund the product cost minus $9.99 restocking fee and, minus applicable shipping charge back to the source of your original payment.

We're sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please give us a call at 800-582-6617 as soon as you receive damaged items so we can assess the issue and begin a resolution. Many of our orders are insured for your protection, so you will be required to submit photos and documentation if a claim is filed. For this reason, please do not throw away damaged items or their packaging until you reach out to us.
