It will not elevate blood pressure or cause sleeplessness because it contains none of the stimulants associated with coffee and tea. The low acidity of this natural caffeine free drink makes it easy to enjoy morning, noon or night without the fear of an upset stomach. Pero coffee substitute can be prepared with hot water and milk and sugar to taste, or mixed with your favorite ingredients to create your own hot caffeine free drink specialties to relax and enjoy. So, take a break and make PERO coffee substitute the beverage of choice for you and your family.



Directions: Place one heaping teaspoon into a cup. Add hot, boiled water (but not boiling), and stir. Add milk and sugar to taste if desired.

Ingredients: Barley, Malted Barley, Chicory, Rye. Contains barley which is a source of gluten. May contain traces of peanut oil.

Great stuff
My medical condition made me stop drinking ,my never without de-caf coffee,remembering after the war in germany with no coffee anywhere,exept some fake one,wanted to know if this stuff is still made soI started searching the net and found PERO.Was worried about the taste change,but so far had my 5th jar/can, and never had the earch to ask for the coffee I drank the past almost 50 years.Thank y
