This brand is my favorite. The taste is aromatic and not burned or too acidic. Makes nice strong coffee but use a cone filter in a good quality drip machine for best results like ... Germans do ...
This coffee is exceptionally full bodied, and has a very strong chocolatey aroma and flavour. For the price, you're unlikely to get a much better coffee, especially one as bold as this!
I am German and live int the US and I was looking for a very long time to search for a company who is sell all my favorite coffee brands. And I found you after 10 days search. And I was so excited to see how many German brands you have for sale. It is amazing. I love this coffee but I also which you would try to get and sale my most favorite brand Melitta coffee
I am waiting now for my first coffee order. And the real taste and smelling of the best coffee. I am sorry for saying this but no US coffee brand can top the German one :)
Types of Coffee
-
Light Roast
See moreRoasted for the shortest amount of time, light roast beans retain a higher acidity, resulting in a bright, nuanced flavor with hints of fruit and floral notes. The body is lighter, with a subtle sweetness. Light roasts are preferred by those who appreciate the natural characteristics of the bean origin.
-
Medium Roast
See moreThis is the most popular roast level, striking a balance between acidity and bitterness. The beans develop a richer, fuller body with a smoother taste. Notes of caramel, chocolate, and nuttiness often emerge. Medium roast coffees are versatile and work well for a variety of brewing methods.
-
Dark Roast
See moreRoasted for the longest duration, dark roast beans are characterized by a bold, intense flavor with a lower acidity. The caramelization process creates a smoky, bittersweet taste with notes of dark chocolate and char. They have a heavier body and are often preferred by those who enjoy a stronger brew.
