Sorry, we do NOT accept returns for items and products that have already been opened.
Regular Returns (up to 30 days from purchase):
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the day you received it. Items must be unopened and in good condition. We will refund 100% of the cost of the products back to the source of your original payment. We do not refund shipping charges. For orders with Complimentary Shipping option, cost of actual shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Regular Returns (after 30 days, before 45 days):
If you decide to return any part of your purchase after 30 days and up to 45 days from day you received it, we will refund 100% of the cost of products as a store credit that can be used on our site. We do not refund shipping charges. For orders with Complimentary Shipping option, cost of actual shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
AFTER 45 DAYS FROM DATE ORDER WAS RECEIVED, RETURNS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
Damaged Item Returns:
If the items have been damaged or destroyed as a result of shipping problems, please contact us to arrange replacement or refund of the items. The damages must be claimed within 14 days from the day you receive your purchase.
In this case, we will refund the cost of the goods and the shipping back to the source of your original payment or we will replace the damaged items. We will cover the shipping cost of replacement. If only a portion of the items were damaged, only a portion of the shipping charges will be refunded.
Damage claims made after the 14-day period and up to 30 days from the time the order was received will receive any refunded amount in the form of store credit only.
After 30 days from the date the order was received, damaged product claims are NO longer accepted.
