Good balance March 29, 2011

I like my espressos a little stronger with a good balance of flavor/aroma but not too intense like a French Roast. This coffee offers that good balance that I am looking for. The beans mean that they are ground fresh right before I brew the coffee using my espresso machine, the crema also comes out nice and thick. Highly recommend this coffee. I will try some Lavazza coffee beans to compare.
